One Facilities is an owner-operated facilities management company based in Melbourne. We're not a big corporate outfit and we're not a one-man-band we're a small, focused team that's building something we're proud of.
We started by managing a property portfolio and saw how broken the system was unreliable contractors, no transparency, operators getting overcharged for basic work. We knew we could do it better.
Today we specialise in childcare and commercial facilities. Every client has direct access to the people who run the business. We're hands-on, we're responsive, and we're hungry to prove ourselves.
We're not here to collect contracts and disappear. We want long-term partnerships with clients who value reliability, transparency, and people who actually give a damn.
