Advance Childcare operates six early learning centres across Melbourne. We provide fortnightly scheduled maintenance visits, ongoing grounds care, and manage all upgrades and reactive repairs, giving head office full visibility and consistent service across every site.

Challenge
With six centres across Melbourne, Advance Childcare had no centralised maintenance system. Each centre manager was left to coordinate their own repairs on top of already demanding roles. Maintenance requests piled up in inconsistent registers, contractors were unreliable, and there was no way to verify if pricing was fair. The breaking point came when a large repair bill turned out to be a scam. That's when Advance realised they needed a single, trusted partner who could manage all properties consistently with transparent pricing, reliable trades, and the flexibility to work within centre operating hours.
Impact
After 12 months with One Facilities, Advance Childcare has gone from reactive chaos to proactive control. Emergency callouts have dropped significantly. Pricing is consistent and predictable no more surprise bills or wondering if they're being overcharged. Centre managers no longer coordinate trades. They simply log a job on the portal and we handle everything from there. Head office only gets involved if a job exceeds $500 otherwise, it's taken care of. The result: six centres running smoothly, managers focused on childcare instead of chasing contractors, and full transparency without the admin burden.
