Niño ELA operates almost 10 early learning centres across Melbourne. We provide full facilities management across all sites preventative maintenance, compliance, grounds care, and emergency response and have done so for several years.

Before working with us, Niño ELA used a previous maintenance provider who operated on a monthly schedule. Contractors would arrive at random times to work through a paper-based list with no system to track what was requested, what was completed, or when. Centre staff had no visibility and no way to plan. If an event was coming up, there was no guarantee the grounds would be ready in time. Jobs took longer than they should because contractors arrived unprepared, without the right materials or context.
Impact
Today, all maintenance is managed through our platform with full visibility for centre staff. The same trusted tradespeople attend each site, already familiar with the property and its needs. Staff can schedule jobs in advance if there's an event on Friday, we're there Thursday to make sure the grounds are perfect. Our team arrives prepared with photos, job history, and the right materials, so work gets done in one visit. The result: fewer wasted hours, lower costs, and centre managers who finally feel in control of their facilities.
