Overview

As a college on a busy main road, ALACC faced ongoing issues with graffiti and general wear from high daily traffic. The building had accumulated a backlog of outstanding maintenance requests, and previous contractors had been unreliable and expensive. Today, all maintenance is managed through our platform with full visibility for centre staff. The same trusted tradespeople attend each site, already familiar with the property and its needs. Staff can schedule jobs in advance if there's an event on Friday, we're there Thursday to make sure the grounds are perfect. Our team arrives prepared with photos, job history, and the right materials, so work gets done in one visit. The result: fewer wasted hours, lower costs, and centre managers who finally feel in control of their facilities.
