Why We Built One Facilities Management
One Facilities was built from the experience and work ethic of Lou, a hands-on construction expert with decades of experience across luxury residential, commercial and childcare projects throughout Melbourne. After years of seeing how maintenance was often handled - slow to respond, difficult to track and frustrating for clients - it became clear there was a better way to do it.
That is where Celia and Christian came in. With a shared drive to build something better, they helped shape One Facilities into a more modern, customer-focused business that combines practical industry experience with smarter systems and a more refreshing approach to maintenance.
Together, we have created a service built on transparency, clear communication and genuine care, supported by technology that helps streamline operations, track jobs and give clients visibility at every stage of the process.
We are not a big corporate provider, and we are not a one-man band either. We are a focused team that brings together trusted people, qualified trades and strong systems to make property management simpler, more proactive and easier to stay on top of.
