Practical questions
How often can you visit?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the site and the season. We’ll suggest a frequency after the first visit.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes. Clippings and green waste are removed as part of the visit.
Can you look after several properties?
Yes. Many of our grounds clients have us across a number of sites, all visible in one portal login.
How is grounds work priced?
Recurring grounds work is priced per visit and agreed before we start. One-off work is quoted or billed for the hours on site.
Do you do one-off clean-ups?
Yes. A clean-up before a sale or inspection, an overgrown block, playground softfall top-ups or pressure washing paths and common areas.
Can you fix small things while you’re there?
Yes. If a fence paling is loose or a gate is dragging, we can fix it during the visit rather than raising a separate job.
