What we do for residential properties

We handle the day-to-day repairs that come up across rental properties and homes. Tile and balcony waterproofing, gutter and eave replacement, door handles and letterbox locks (including key cutting for renter and agent), blind cord repairs, intercom faults, light fittings, sink unblocking, gate and lock repairs, roof leaks, mould and damp issues, internal door hardware, and the small stuff that piles up between inspections.
