Bringing ALACC Health College Back Up to Standard
How a clearer process, faster response times and reliable ongoing support helped restore presentation and reduce day-to-day maintenance pressure.

Understanding the Challenge
As a college located on a busy main road, ALACC Health College was dealing with ongoing graffiti, general wear and tear, and a growing backlog of outstanding maintenance works. The internal team did not have the capacity to stay on top of it all, and previous contractors had been unreliable, expensive and difficult to manage.
The result was a property that needed more attention than the existing process could provide. Jobs were building up, presentation was slipping, and the team needed a reliable partner who could clear the backlog, respond quickly to new issues and provide a more cost-effective way to manage maintenance moving forward.
Our Strategic Intervention
When we came on board, the priority was to bring the site back up to standard and make maintenance easier to manage going forward. Over the year, we repainted the property, completed a full deep clean and worked through the outstanding maintenance backlog to improve the overall condition and presentation of the facility.
From there, we introduced a simpler ongoing process through our platform. If graffiti appears or something breaks, staff can log a request and our team takes care of the rest. With the same trusted trades attending the site, arriving with job history, photos and the right materials, works are handled more efficiently and often completed in one visit.
Key Actions Taken:
Repainted the property and completed a full deep clean
Cleared the outstanding maintenance backlog and brought the facility back up to standard
Implemented a simple platform-based process for faster job logging, clearer visibility and ongoing support.

Transformational Results
Today, ALACC manages maintenance through our platform with full visibility for staff, while the same trusted tradespeople continue to support the site with a clear understanding of the property and its needs. Your page also notes that jobs can be planned in advance around events, and that the team arrives prepared so work can often be completed in one visit.
The result has been a building in better shape, faster resolution of maintenance requests, fewer wasted hours, lower costs and a team that feels more in control of its facility.
